COVID Strokes: Rates, Types, Disparities

Large studies reported at American Stroke Association virtual International Stroke Conference (ISC) homed in on more accurate estimates of the stroke implications of COVID-19. Dr. Dileep R. Yavagal, of the University of Miami, studied large vessel strokes associated with COVID-19. His group reported the findings at ISC and online in Neurosurgery.
